The next meeting will take place in Madrid/Spain on 18-19 November 2026 at the premises of UNESID, which will be our host this year.
We are expecting around 25 representatives and managing directors from European cold-rolling companies. The programme for our meeting combines industry insights, current challenges in our sector, and an inspiring perspective on transformation and leadership.
Highlights from the agenda:
- Structural Changes in the Steel Industry
Alfonso Hidalgo de Calcerrada, Director of Economic Studies at UNESID, will provide insights into current structural developments and key changes shaping the steel industry. - The Challenge of Absenteeism in the Industry
Gema Palazón, HR Director at UNESID, will address absenteeism as an increasingly relevant challenge for industrial companies and share perspectives from the Spanish steel industry. - The Challenge of Transformation – How Mindset & Motivation Drive Success
One session will be led by Javier Luxor, an internationally experienced corporate speaker, psychologist/engineer and specialist in influence, perception and human behaviour. What makes this session particularly interesting is its interactive approach. Javier Luxor combines behavioural insights and psychological illusionism to demonstrate how our perception, thinking patterns and assumptions can influence the way we communicate, make decisions and respond to change.
The programme will provide both practical industry perspectives and fresh impulses for successfully driving transformation in our companies.
We are looking forward to this great event!
